Organic chemistry. An infectious online presence. Music video vixens outfitted in Diesel and Jean Paul Gaultier. FLO has all the makings of a successful girl group, with sultry vocals reminiscent of the early 2000s sound die-hard R&B fans miss. Before their first album had even been released, Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma and Jorja Douglas were on their way to becoming household names.

Their nerves were assuaged by the countless fans in attendance who knew every lyric of the song, mouthing it alongside them. Written in November 2019, Cardboard Box was released in March, amassing 27,000 likes on TikTok, spawning countless duets and stitches on the social media platform, and reproducing a remix that has been used in over 1.1 million videos. The Lead has garnered over 25 million streams so far.

When British girl group FLO broke onto the music scene with "Cardboard Box", their fearless debut single and official video that has captured the essence of a group at the helm of their music and visual identity, the world took note. Receiving love from global superstars including Missy Elliot, SZA, Victoria Monet and JoJo, with one tweet stating "the uk girl groups are coming hard", featuring a clip of "Cardboard Box", has led to over 3M views.

FLO consist of three members, Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer. In 2021 the group shared an introductory video on TikTok introducing themselves and showing fans their singing talents.

The chorus then goes: 'So I'ma put your sh-t in a cardboard box / Changing my number and I'm changing the locks / When you can't get in, know your heart gon' stop / You may be crying, but boy, I'm not 041b061a72
